  • Jermon recently purchased the 13 acre site with Tyrone Crystal as anchor tenant.
  • There are proposals to develop a Craft and Retail Park to complement existing visitors centre.
  • Brownfield regeneration plans underway to construct 60,000 square feet of industrial units ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet accomodation available from early 2008 onwards.
  • Eventual plan is to fit it out by March 2009: 100,000 sq ft Tyrone Crystal, 70,000 sq ft Craft, 60-100,000 sq ft Industrial areas
