The city of Armagh is one of Northern Ireland’s principal market towns, and is established as the ecclesiastical capital of Ireland. It is widely regarded as being one of the primary retail destinations in Co Armagh and is situated approximately 40 miles south west of Belfast, 8 miles from Dungannon and 18 miles from Newry. The city has a catchment of around 52,000 persons.
The development occupies a prominent position fronting onto the Moy Road, one of the principal roads leading into Armagh City and within an approximate three minute drive time of the main shopping streets.
