Industrial developments make up a small part of Jermon’s portfolio. The most significant is the 13 acre Tyrone Crystal site in Dungannon, County Tyrone which will retain its industrial manufacturing premises as well as expanding into a craft and retail development.
Recent acquisitions have included an 8 acre site comprising of the Hilton Foods site at Drogheda in the Republic of Ireland and most recently a 6 acre site in Huntington, Cambridgeshire in England which will be the state of the art distribution centre for Hilton Foods in the UK.
